ESCORT, formerly the Eastern Stream Center on Resources and Training, is an education organization whose purpose is to support equitable educational access and success for at-risk students, especially those who are highly mobile and experience school interruptions and discontinuity. ESCORT has been collaborating with State and Local Education Agencies for more than 30 years in order to ensure that disadvantaged and disenfranchised students succeed. ESCORT works primarily with education agencies to facilitate:
- Identification and recruitment of eligible students for various services

- Professional Development
Additionally, ESCORT hosts the annual National ID&R Forum, a conference designed to bring together Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program recruiters and staff for shared learning activities and collaboration.
