Monica Ulewicz joined the Eastern Stream Center in 2006 and serves as a technical writer and facilitator of comprehensive needs assessments and service delivery planning. She assists state migrant education programs in aligning CNA, SDP and evaluation of program activities. She is also responsible for writing and editing technical papers, proposals, and evaluation reports.
