F-4 HEP/CAMP Cooperation and Collaboration with the MEP

This session will provide an overview of the National HEP/CAMP Association and feature some of the collaboration in place nationally between HEP/CAMP and state Migrant Education Programs (MEP). It will also highlight the effective working relationship that exists between USF's HEP/CAMP and Florida MEP as they strive to serve migrant students K-12 through post-secondary education.

This session will also discuss ways to connect, construct, and maintain these partnerships. The University of South Florida HEP Outreach Specialist and HEP/CAMP Director will discuss the unique eligibility requirements of the HEP/CAMP programs and how they differentiate from the MEP.
